Award Introduction:
To recognize entrepreneurs for their dedication to creating businesses, benefiting communities, and fostering economic prosperity as exemplary role models for aspiring entrepreneurs, our organization has been conducting the "Entrepreneurial Model Selection" since 1978. In 1992, to acknowledge the achievements of Taiwanese and overseas Chinese entrepreneurs around the world, we expanded the selection scope to overseas, making it the first award to honor achievements in entrepreneurship abroad.
Award Summary:
Mr. Lin Guotang, CEO of PM Group, has not shied away from the challenges of entrepreneurship. He actively builds global sales channels and expands into overseas markets, successfully establishing a high-quality production base in Vietnam. With a "people-oriented" approach, he has implemented effective systems locally, embodying the spirit of "international management with localized operations," which has garnered local recognition and laid a solid foundation for corporate culture management and successful development. He was awarded the 44th Entrepreneurial Model Award in 2021.
