The establishment of PM Group was inspired by the rise of the petrochemical industry and the booming manufacturing sector in Taiwan. As the Japanese glove manufacturing industry began to seek overseas production and sales partnerships due to cost considerations, Taiwan emerged as the top choice for Japanese companies. In 1978, eight professionals with expertise in various fields of chemical materials and machinery jointly founded Precious Mountain Medical Group. This marked the beginning of Taiwan's journey in manufacturing medical gloves and marketing them globally, positioning Taiwan as a key exporter of medical protective products.

He Bao Medical accurately understands the characteristics of the U.S. market and the rapid evolution of the Amazon e-commerce platform. Since launching in the fourth quarter of 2020, the company has gradually achieved total sales exceeding 3,000 boxes per month. Notably, during the membership day period, their powder-free nitrile gloves and PVC gloves ranked 4th and 5th in the disposable gloves category on the U.S. Amazon platform. NEW EMPLOYEE GUIDELINES

To help new employees quickly adapt to the organizational culture of SQUIRREL, BEAVER, GOOSE, understand their own roles, and demonstrate performance, we have developed a series of training programs. Our goal is for every new team member to gain a clear understanding of Toyo’s vision and values, organizational strategy, key responsibilities, and the core competencies required, along with the resources available to support them.

 

At the same time, we will implement a personalized mentorship and care plan for each new employee.
