While pursuing profitable revenue and profitable growth, Hebao Medical does not forget to actively promote corporate social responsibility and various social commitments, including labor relations, employee care, corporate governance, environmental protection and social welfare, and pays attention to compliance Government regulations, protect the right to work, improve workplace health and safety, develop green products, reduce environmental impact, and assume social and environmental responsibilities to meet the expectations of stakeholders.

As a global corporate citizen, Hebao Medical supports the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Social Accountability 8000 (SA 8000) and internationally recognized human rights norms, including the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Right), "International Labor Organization" (lnternational Labor Organization), "UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights" (UN Guiding Principles on Business and Hunan Rights), and follow the above-mentioned normative guiding principles and local laws and regulations of the place of operation to formulate labor Standard basis and establish a sustainable development policy as a guideline for practicing sustainable development of enterprises.

Commitment to Human Rights

Precious Mountain Medical is dedicated to establishing a robust and comprehensive RBA social responsibility management system to ensure compliance with labor, health and safety, environmental, and ethical standards. We have adopted the RBA Code of Conduct and developed an RBA Social Responsibility Management Handbook tailored to our operational context. In this handbook, we outline our humanitarian treatment policy under section 8.6 and include the RBA Labor Policy in the annex, which encompasses:

1. Compliance with labor laws and regulations

2. Prohibition of forced labor

3. Prohibition of child labor and prison labor

4. Prohibition of coercion and harassment

5. Prohibition of discrimination and respect for the freedom of association

Precious Mountain Medical adheres to the RBA Code of Conduct's social responsibility standards to fulfill our social responsibilities and achieve our goals related to social responsibility, environment, health, and safety. This foundational document ensures compliance with legal requirements and related standards, allowing the company to effectively establish, implement, operate, and improve the RBA social responsibility management system.

Furthermore, our "RBA Social Responsibility Management Handbook" explicitly states in section 11.7 that we will ensure, to the best of our ability, that the tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold contained in our manufactured products do not directly or indirectly fund or benefit armed groups that violate human rights in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its neighboring countries/regions. The company is committed to conducting due diligence on the sources and supply chains of these minerals and will provide specific measures for due diligence upon customer request to fulfill our responsibility to safeguard human rights.

Commitment to RBA and Sustainable Procurement

Precious Mountain Medical integrates the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and the Social Accountability International (SA8000) standard into our supply chain to assess suppliers' adherence to ethical business practices, protection of labor rights, and management of workplace safety and health. We encourage suppliers to develop materials and processes that reduce environmental impact.

Using the auditing tools published by the RBA and SA8000, we conduct assessments of suppliers regarding their corporate sustainability and social responsibility efforts. We also communicate our sustainability policies and expectations for suppliers' social responsibility, fostering their proactive participation in our sustainability initiatives. Our aim is to achieve a win-win situation that cares for employees and society while protecting the planet.

Precious Mountain Medical continuously promotes our sustainable procurement policy and outlines the components of our corporate social responsibility practices. We require that the management or highest officials of our suppliers sign the "Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment," the "Supplier Sustainable Procurement Commitment," and the "Integrity Commitment," confirming their compliance with the various aspects of the RBA and SA8000 standards in their operations.
