Award Introduction:
To recognize entrepreneurs for their dedication to creating businesses, benefiting communities, and fostering economic prosperity as exemplary role models for aspiring entrepreneurs, our organization has been conducting the "Entrepreneurial Model Selection" since 1978. In 1992, to acknowledge the achievements of Taiwanese and overseas Chinese entrepreneurs around the world, we expanded the selection scope to overseas, making it the first award to honor achievements in entrepreneurship abroad.
Award Summary:
Mr. Lin Guotang, CEO of PM Group, has not shied away from the challenges of entrepreneurship. He actively builds global sales channels and expands into overseas markets, successfully establishing a high-quality production base in Vietnam. With a "people-oriented" approach, he has implemented effective systems locally, embodying the spirit of "international management with localized operations," which has garnered local recognition and laid a solid foundation for corporate culture management and successful development. He was awarded the 44th Entrepreneurial Model Award in 2021.

The "Dun & Bradstreet Small and Medium Enterprises Elite Award" is presented by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) through analysis of export data from small and medium enterprises across Taiwan, utilizing D&B's unique big data database. The selection process considers payment records, financial stress indices, payment indices, purchasing power indices, export growth rates, and export tiers. Companies must show stable or growing export tiers over the past two years, without any bounced checks or negative litigation records. From over 1.46 million small and medium enterprises in the country, the award identifies the TOP 1000 most competitive exporters.

To foster a cross-border e-commerce environment, assist businesses in expanding into international markets, and establish benchmarks and models for future enterprises, the Taipei City Government's Department of Economic Development organizes the selection of benchmark cross-border e-commerce companies. This initiative aims to identify successful pathways in e-commerce across various industries, sharing the experiences of companies that excel in business strategy, business models, and operational performance, setting new standards for the cross-border e-commerce industry.

He Bao Medical accurately understands the characteristics of the U.S. market and the rapid evolution of the Amazon e-commerce platform. Since launching in the fourth quarter of 2020, the company has gradually achieved total sales exceeding 3,000 boxes per month. Notably, during the membership day period, their powder-free nitrile gloves and PVC gloves ranked 4th and 5th in the disposable gloves category on the U.S. Amazon platform. He Bao Medical quickly grasped the core operations of the e-commerce platform and was favored by the Taipei City Government's New Trade Award, receiving the 2021 Best Cross-Border E-Commerce "New Trade Award - Gold Medal."
